Technology enhances learning by making it engaging, interactive, and personalized for every student. At Sagemont, we provide each student, starting in kindergarten, with an Apple iPad to support their academic journey through 5th grade. With this technology, students can:
Access Google Classroom to view assignments, submit work, and communicate with teachers.
Use IXL for personalized math and language arts practice.
Engage with HMH Into Reading and Into Math for core literacy and numeracy instruction.
Explore history and geography through TCI Social Studies and dive into hands-on science learning with STEMscopes Science.
Develop problem-solving skills with VEX Robotics and enhance computational thinking through Scratch Coding.
Read digitally with interactive e-books and resources.
Collaborate on projects using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Keynote for writing, and Clips for video presentations.
Design and showcase learning portfolios on Google Sites.
Additionally, students benefit from Apple Classroom for real-time engagement and structured digital learning, while Sagemont PrepTechnical Support ensures a seamless experience. By integrating these tools, we empower students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and explore learning beyond the classroom.
